Not too sure, the only coochie I've ever tasted was that of a canine, so I have no other points of reference. Besides the metallic taste, it definitely had... a taste. But how I'd go about describing it would be nearly impossible. It's like those people that ask what dog semen tastes like. The answer is that while most people would describe it as metallic and a little salty, it's pretty much impossible to actually describe. Not only that, but diet and health can also influence the overall flavor, so one canine's semen/coochie will likely taste different than another.

A healthy canine vulva tastes out of heat mostly like a very decent (= low intensity) buzzling / sparkling, which is mixed to some sort of emulsifier and there's a very light metallic sour-salty aftertaste, but not intense enough to actually let one distinguish between sour and salty.
If you know the water based kefir / kephir and mix one that is quite sparkly and intensely citrus like with around 2/3 water and let it rest for some hours, it should resemble it quite well. That's at least what comes into my mind if I try to compare it to something.
It stays on the tongue for quite a while and doesn't taste bad, if she is clean and healthy, at least for me. But still, I am less in giving oral, as it doesn't seem that stimulating as different ways and there's always quite a high risk for bacterial remains which might disturb the balance.
It as well is based a bit on what the dog eats. Same goes for humans, but in more intense variety, as humans are quite the carbohydrate eaters.
