.. By the way: Yancha means "mischievous" or "trickster-like", while "okami" is more or less a "greater god", but often either described as a dragon or a fox (comparable to kitsune, which are often described as multi- or nine-tailed foxes, but after all resemble all foxes to some degree).
And in this mythology and society it is usual to assume that all foxes could shapeshift into humans or human-like creatures, as such resemble a human while being a - some good, some mischievous - fox spirit.
But even the "mischievous" is relative: it doesn't mean a deity searches for the bad or results in destruction, it's mostly reflecting both sides quite well: good and bad interaction, while those are individually seen and categorized by each individual living being. ..
