Does anyone sanitize their knives after use? I do so in a religiously manner after use. Like 5 to 10 scrubs to make sure it's completely clear.

Its strange when I really look at it... Almost like a obsession of some sort of trying to get whatever bacteria that's on there and then sheath it. Meh
