Why does he keep harassing people it's very inefficient. I mean I can already have a guess but... It's just a waste of time and energy unless he is trying to prove a point as well as have a revenge aspect of saying "you can't scrub me off no matter how hard you try".

So there's no absolutely way to automatically eliminate this issue? I'm only saying this for the concerning of safety of others.

Me? I'm establishing a million-€-industry in the next months to ~1,5 years with top-notch solutions for given human problems. The products already exist and I am refining, optimizing them myself partly.
In the sideline renovating multiple of my own lil' buildings to a level which most wouldn't be able to order, as it is just not available on the market. Upgrading my land, playing with my own & the dogs I care for, processing hills of bureaucracy (unfortunate establishment of this country, d'Oh) and living a still down-to-earth life.
