Ah, I guess the preference is a difference in lifestyle. For me it takes like 3-4 months for my internal clock to finally catch to the change, I'm like endlessly tired for those 3-4 months. Then when I finally start to get fully used to it I get pushed back an hour. My body quickly adjust to it, then come spring, once the the hour springs forward I'm back to being endlessly tired for 3-4 months. I'll just be happy when it goes away.
