I'm trying to remember which stand-up comedian it was that I got this joke from. It was something like "We all tell each other to 'have a safe flight' while boarding an airplane. But, like, you have absolutely no control over how safe your flight is going to be. Once you step onto a plane your life is in the pilot's hands. For Christ sake you better hope you have a competent pilot!" It was something like that anyways...

The one that I'm thinking of is about two pilots flying an aeroplane, but they have no idea where they are and none of them had learnt thow to land. So they make an announcement: "Ladies and gentleman, we've decided to arrange a little contest. The one of you who can guess where we currently are may come to the cockpit and land the aeroplane."
