I know construction is slowly becoming that way. They're absolutely desperate for mortars. Nobody wants to lay bricks nowadays. But to give you an example of what I mean, one of my older family members used to make over $100,000 a year with only a highschool degree. They joined a company a worked their way up to the top in 30 years. Something like that today is pretty much unheard of. I have a decent job, but I don't even make half of that. That'll be, yet.
