Then my 3rd/4th/5th/6th/7th/8th/9th computers all had XP on it (I used to pick up computers off the curb and fix them) then I finally got a computer with Windows 7 then 8.1 and finally my current computer with Windows 10.
Edit: Oops, my 4th or 5th computer had ME on it.

Heck the only thing that still orginal from when i first built it is the mobo and drives. Everything else has been replaced including the case lol

Until Microsoft makes Windows 10 obsolete, I don't plan on upgrading to Win 11 anytime soon. At least 10 is stable. Win 11 also says that my hardware is "too old" to run it. Which is bullcrap. I literally have a computer with 16GB of RAM, an 8 core processor, and 8GB graphics card. Sure I could bypass Windows 11's restrictions, but I shouldn't have to. That's bullcrap.

The issues more than likely is your TPM is disabled on your motherboard (if it was made in the last 5 years). If your motherboard doesn't actually have a TPM than it will tell you can't upgrade. I'm half tempted to just disable it on mine so it doesn't try to auto upgrade even though I'm running windows Pro and have all those auto update boxes unchecked. Just don't trust Microsoft sometimes

So, despite my processor being able to run GTA V in the highest graphics settings, and despite the processor being able to run Just Cause 3 with medium/high graphic and high draw distance, It's apparently "too old" to work with Windows 11. They want you to buy into the Ryzen line of processors if you go AMD.
