Yep, it's what I get for slacking during the week. But once I clock out from work I really don't feel like doing much. Although I did throw the dishes in the dish washer, picked up a bit, sorted through all the mail, and did laundry. So, at least I got that knocked out. Although I have more laundry and the have almost enough dishes for another cycle.

The laundry is what I have the most trouble keeping up with, at least this time of year when it's too cold and wet for drying. I've been considering just taking it down to the coin-op so I can use the dryers there.

Shoot, that sucks. You don't have consignment stores in your area? Around here you can pick up a washer and dryer for pretty cheap second hand.

I could probably afford a new one with a bit of work but I've made some other large purchases not long ago and some unexpected expenses have popped up. Plus spring is just around the corner, so it'll be redundant soon.

My last 2 dryers came from the side of the road I ended up replacing the belt In one ran it till the motor burnt out. The one I currently own I replaced the main carrier bearing on the drum.

Mine were $150 each (washer and dryer) from a consignment store. Sure they were made in like 2003, but those are the best kind in my opinion. Right before they started getting jammed full of computers and parts that are irreplaceable. They're simple and mechanical, if something breaks you can usually just find a YouTube video on how to fix it, instead of being expected to toss it out and buying another one in 5 years time. I've gotten 2 years of flawless service out of mine so far. *Knock on wood.*
