You might have to wait for the forum software to catch up to your new permissions, although I hear some people have success logging out and then back in to facilitate this.

sorry for the inconvenience, but i believe that might be to combat reaction spam. some people come and just massively like or dislike a ton of posts, and to keep that to a minimum, the administration has had to give newer members a harder time

He liked a few of my posts, so it appears he's unlocked it now. But yeah, it was disabled due to Nothing spamming angry reactions to everyone's posts.
