Looks like a fancier version of tooshie to me! Lol! I have a friend that loves using that word whenever someone make a good come back.Touché!
I'd recommend crushed chilli over chilli powder. It still get's through the dish, but provides a nice kick every now and then.Nah, as a food enthusiast, I absolutely love experimenting. Some of the best dishes I've made were created by tossing some things in a pot/pan/oven/grill and seeing what works and what doesn't. The chili I'm making is rather simple though. Hamburger, tomato sauce, chopped onions, chili beans, a quarter cup of water, and 3/4 a can of beer. I've added in some chili powder, salt, pepper, red pepper, a dribble of hot sauce, garlic powder, and a pinch of paprika. I fried the hamburger, then added the rest of the ingredients. I'm letting it slow cook for 2.5 hours.
