Connection between furries and zoo?

Yeah i totally forgot that part, and yeah I agree with you is hardly weirder. I've had this conversation many times, chatting with a friends, definitely don't agree with zoophiles principle. But dream to have a Bad Dragon..

Yup, this community love too much drama. And unfortunately part of this community that talks the most really thinks they are part of the elite of the good pensense.. I'm really terrified to see the wave of extreme hatred sappho had.. I found out about this case when I wanted to try to talk about it, I understood that it was not worth it haha !

I understand your point of view, I agree with you for the evolution of what beeing a furry mean, I'm a good exemple, I concider myselph as a furry but I think I'll never being a fursuit guy, cosplay is not my trip. And the plush side, which is basically the "real" furry, is definitly not my thing.
But when you say "I really do think there's not a connection between the two concepts" how can u explain all these illustrations representing OUR sexual fantasy ? (when I think of the number of artists who have had to study horse penises) it's not an aggressive question, it's really beyond me.. And even the "classic" erotic scenes but with werewolf skins with real canine sex. I see a lot of people assume that it excites them, me too, but because I really dream of being savagely taken by a cannid that is twice my size x) I have a hard time understanding what is exciting in these drawings when you are not a zoo ? Exept the savage part but this is not the case in all furry erotic/porn illustrations.

People's minds are complex and sometimes things that are logic for you aren't for others, and such. I could "understand" why people tend to like werewolves instead of wolves... i mean, the way they could use they hands with claws, or well the sapient sense of the character, there are really maaaany ways to get, it's about talking to others and try to get into their POV's
 
Not sure which came first zoo or fur, I had a friend when I was younger and we shared similar interest. He showed me furry art, I fell in love with it, then he showed me things on the farm and I fell in love with that. I guess I could say maybe I was always both but I still consider myself a furry today as well as a pup. I can say from personal experience there is a ton of crossover and hush-hush on that connection, it certainly exist. I think the loudest anti-zoos are sometimes likely the most closeted ones.

Yeah, I know a bunch of zoos in VRChat, but like NONE of them can be open about it, I had a friend IRL who was openly zoo, and it was... I dunno, no one really cared much but the few that did were super assholes.
I wouldnt be able to pull a sappho, They're on my friends list on VRChat but like, I never see them on, maybe once in a great while but always in private world and by the time I send an invite request they disappeared offline.
 
I am a furry and I started having zoo fantasies not long after becoming a furry, but yeah I have seen people in the furry community be the victims of a lot of hate just because of what they like, which is unfortunate (and also why I keep very low key on all fronts about myself).

Ho I never played to VRchat, I didn’t know how it’s work too, I just saw some TikTok guys. so I really don't see how the community works on it, I must admit that it always tempts me, but none of my friends are into this trip

It was coincidence for me. But I feel being a zoo helped me accept and get into the Fandom. And I am glad I joined, even if alot say and act like they are anti zoo
