I agree that content leaving this site for re-posting else where is a bad thing, and I have specifically asked people not to upload my alpaca content to any other site that does not support the Zeta principles. That said requiring new members to have to upload content before they can download is potentially a bad thing also. I will give an example:
Lets say I love dogs but have never had sex with a dog and want to learn how to do it. I join ZV and find I can't download any videos unless I upload something first. I'm just a new zoo... So do I go elsewhere and download probably some abusive dog porn (remember I am new to this, I don't necessary know that madly stroking a dog's penis is a very bad thing, but it's what I've found elsewhere.) So now I come back to ZV and upload my abusive dog handjob. [****Then Pes has a new video to get removed for abusive content.****] now I can download something. Yay
Or I go out and I fumble my way through making my own dog porn using the examples I have seen in other places. Thus I start learning how to do bad things with my own precious dog, because again I haven't been able to see examples of the correct way of doing thing on a genuine zoo site like this one.
It is inevitable our content will end up else where. But I look at it this way, the more good or correctly performed porn that is out there the more likely someone new will see a non-abusive way of doing things.
So I think it is more detrimental to stop new people download content before they have uploaded their own than experienced users having their content posted elsewhere. I for one do my absolute darnedest to make sure there is nothing in my clips that can lead back to me in real life and just have to accept that if I put something on the internet I forefit any real control over it.
