Best dog to raise/adopt when wanting to start with zoo

Heyy, I’ve had my experiences and I know I can’t stop the love I have for animals ~
I’m getting older and I’m thinking about getting someone who’s by my side~

But I do wanna try to find… the right size ^^
There’s no shame in saying I don’t want a small dog right? It’s not about that I don’t love them, but you get what I’m on about ;D
But for the start a gsd or a malamute would be too much

So I just wanted to ask and maybe hear some interesting thoughts :3

Well my first was a Rhodesian but I think he might’ve been a little too rough. I’d suggest a Lab.
