Speaking as a lifestyle Dom, this is a realm of kink that's always appealed to me. Not to mention, one I've enjoyed exploring in the past with subs.
 
The bondage/submission part of it, yes. Being out of control and told what to do seems hot to me. Being tied up to a breeding bench as dogs and perhaps other animals use me, yep.

But not the S/M part. To a very very very tiny degree, I can see pain providing pleasure, i.e. nipple biting and hot wax play. But it would definitely not extend to whips or more for me at least.
