Turns out i've had zoetrope wrong this whole time. They're "micro audio waves", but they did this whole event called "Zoetrope" And that's what my album says where the band name usually goes.
I've had it wrong this whole time ?

A "zo·e·trope /ˈzōəˌtrōp/ noun a 19th-century optical toy consisting of a cylinder with a series of pictures on the inner surface that, when viewed through slits with the cylinder rotating, give an impression of continuous motion." The first Doors album without Jim Morrison had a cover that could be used as one.

I dont think the word pertains to anything else of tangibility.

The album i have also has a zoetrope cover! Of a horse running!
The live show on the dvd features the concept heavily
