In Denmark it is not legal having sex with your dog, no matter how much you love it :-(
 
Indeed, lucky Spaniards, and British ex-pats. My wife and I have talked about moving to Spain once our kids have flown the nest, so just got to figure out a way to get her into Zoophilia now! ;)
 
NM passed senate bill 215 in March. It’s now a fourth degree felony. I havent found anything about WV passing legislation… may be the last state… if it’s still legal there it’s only a matter of time before it’s made a crime there too

When I was a youngster, gay sex was a felony in most states. It did not appear to do anything to slow the action. Laws about sexuality, especially sexuality that does not involve another human, are great examples of human stupidity! Administering justice is already problematic enough with humans, administering injustice is vastly harder!

I sure hope peoples views on zoos come around as they have for same sex relationships… hopefully I’ll get to see it in this life!
 
legal in finland as long as the animal isnt hurt or abused.
only straight up illegal thing about it here is recording zooporn.

I mean, that would be amazing but would require a lot of governance to make sure only certain folks got in. I dunno, I'd give it a whirl though
 
Really all it would take is finding some sparsely populated county, maybe one with what amounts to a ghost town, get enough people moved in and voted into key positions..

Problem becomes what to do for employment, but COVID kinda helped out since it's made things much easier when it comes to working from home..

After that, just make sure that it stays known as a ghost town, which yea, that part is pretty difficult..

And making sure that you somehow avoid anyone but an actual zoo know about it, because all it will take is one perv/abuser/zoosadist to fuck it all up...

So yea.. pretty difficult!!
 
I have read that Spain has probably decriminalized zoophilia ???
They write that as long as animal has not been forced its going to be fine.
I dont know at least some news article are writting about that ?
