Good call. The animal cruelty law in Hawaii requires that there be physical injury to the animal, so because people engaging in loving and consenting sex with their partners will not be hurting them, you can't be charged in this state.
Even so, best keep it under your hat. You may not go to jail, but being shunned by society would probably suck too.
