Yes, a bit. Humans usually turn me off which made me think as little about my real self as possible while fantasizing. Usually though I simply focus on the partner and that's it. I do however think a lot about being a dragon but in a more practical way. I don't want to give up on technology and there are a lot of problems, for example with firearms. Handguns are fine as long as you can reach over the snout but rifles require unnaturally long arms. That also assumes "normal" fingers. Ever wondered how a chair for a dragon would look like? An anthro could be fine with just a hole for the tail but feral? I could not come up with a practical design. Transportation would have to be completely remodeled because of that. Even something as simple as door is not optimal for ferals.

Pretty sure its an extension of my attraction towards animals, maybe kicked off by reading the “Animorph” book series as a kid.
