There's a supplier at the London Alternative Market who occasionally sells some. The knot is quite small. I suspect if you approach direct something better could be arranged. I don't think anyone ever bought at the LAM but I'm sure they get direct orders based on the interest shown.

Muggins has some unused ones from cancelled orders (Zoofur, Elypseart, BD). The cheap Chinese knock offs on Amazon are a case of YMMV.
