I thought perhaps that some of those that have or desire equine companionship might appreciate and enjoy seeing the beauty and enthusiasm of a typical days barn turn-out for some of the equines I'm either caretaker or keeper to.
We have two herds here, the barn herd and the Four Amigas herd (formerly the Cinco Caballo herd) Sadly I lost one of my beloveds in June 2024 so the Cinco Caballo herd has become the Four Amigas herd. The Four Amigas are not stalled in the barn at night (e.g., are on continual turn-out with access to a large 20 ft by 40 ft shelter).
Sadly I lost the striking chestnut-flaxen mare in this video in September 2024, she was the mother of the one that I lost in the Cinco Caballo herd. 2024 was NOT an ideal year for me...
