A message from the staff of Zooville.

BeastForum was the face of the community until they went away and while we're not there yet, we're getting there quickly. As the potential "face" of the community, the staff here at Zooville feel we should do our best to showcase that community in a positive light. In this pursuit, any content uploaded that is obviously abusive to animals / "zoo-sadism" will be deleted immediately. However the staff also recognizes that ideas about what does and doesn't constitute abuse can vary widely from individual to individual and a large "grey area" exists. The following is a statement about how those cases will be handled.

Our process below will give you insight on how we handle what is considered "grey" areas.

"Grey Area" cases

1. Reported content maybe subject to immediate removal and held in a queue only visible to moderators.
2. The content will then often be voted on by the mods, yay or nay for abusive.
3. Moderators will discuss amongst ourselves what action, if any, needs to be taken.
4. Infractions will be handed out when needed if deemed abusive.

If your content is removed for a "grey area" case, this is not a suggestion that your abusing your animals, it is just an attempt to foster a positive community here at Zooville. We welcome and encourage anyone who takes the time to share their content with the community, but suggest against uploading anything that might fall into this "grey area" category.

I remember Beaker never condoned Necro-Bestiality, Zoosadism and animal abuse. His Beastforum staff banned those
members regularly.... It´s good to know that Zooville will continue this policy. We have to be free from cruelty towards
animals, especially torture and acts of barbarism like rape and sexual assault, abuse or exploitation...

This is one of the most important things.

Thanks for keeping an eye on this!

Does this include of humans.
Example- A woman strap down clearly afraid and in pain being mounted by a horse?
If it's without a doubt abusive, then I would say that, yes, it does include it.

It's one thing if someone wants BDSM play with a horse, it's a whole 'nother thing if it's a depiction of sexual abuse.

Then again, I'm no mod. But I will say that any and all sexually abusive material should absolutely be reported, human or animal. All sexually abusive content is unacceptable here.

thanks ZooVille for keeping us informed and I definitely agree with your policies and procedures.

Might not be the right section, but....
We seem to be getting an influx of users with no track record( only a post or two), who are yet strongly informed and responsive to certain posts out of nowhere....these two-post warriors spring to a passionate attack on a particular user...stir the pot for all theyre worth and then sit back and enjoy the swirling bullshit they plugged up the bowl with....it appears that on some level, these nitwits create multiple accounts, lie low with those while playing in the forum under a main name....then, when they get jacked out of shape by someone, they launch the satellite nicks like ' tiefighter ' squadrons against their perceived enemy.
Childishness is what it is....is there any way to prevent it?

The term for that is sock puppets, creating alts to speak through to defend your viewpoint in an argument. While there's nothing specifically against it in the posted rules it's generally a practice that's implicitly banned. If I were you I'd just report any I suspected to be such and let the mods review it and make a decision - they can see IPs after all and easily identify if 2 accounts are logging in from the same place.

Thanks for the advice, but I knew that already....the question was more related to stopping the possibility BEFORE it happens. Some way of prescreening a membership request against the already-existing membership base.

If you can come up with a way that doesn't potentially return false positives then you will have solved one of the greatest problems that plagues the internet, spam bots.

2 accounts register form the same IP:
Is it a spam alt?
Is it merely 2 people within the same household?
Is it a VPN IP that thousands of people across the world use?
Is it someone who made an account months or years ago but forgot about it or lost the login information so made a new account?
Is it someone with a non-static IP who just happened to inherent the IP of someone who previously registered to the site?

You can't blanket ban multiple accounts that come from the same IP because there's too many unknowns, and any bot that just mindlessly checked register IP against a database of existing IPs would not be able to account for those unknowns and thus create a broken error filled mess that would constantly ban innocent people.

While I don't mean to be a smartass or a contrarian, I would suggest that this advice is not very helpful.

How is someone to know if a sexual act depicted in material they intend to post falls into what another member considers to be a grey area, or worse, to be abusive, unless the site rules explicitly prohibit or at least strongly caution against posting materials depicting the act in question? The percentage of members who post material, either their own or material they have found elsewhere, is already quite small. If members have to start second-guessing whether or not they should post material for fear of it falling into another member's grey area(s), or of being embarrassed by being improperly accused of abuse, despite there being no guidance in the site rules regarding the act(s) depicted, the number of members willing to post any material at all will likely drop considerably.

All zoophilic erotica exists within a penumbra of grey areas. To many of those outside the zoophile community, all sexual acts with animals are considered abuse; any attempt to portray the community is a positive light with a view towards changing the attitudes of such people is doomed to failure. Additionally, many within the community have strong negative views against acts that many others view as perfectly acceptable. For example, I recently read a post where a member strongly criticized another member for requesting anal penetration videos involving dogs, claiming that since dogs are not humans they can't enjoy anal penetration and insinuating that any such activity is abusive. Every member is likely to have a different conception of what sort of sexual acts with animals are "normal" within the context of zoophilia, which acts are distasteful but permissible, and which acts are abusive.

Given that the range of activities humans are capable of engaging in with animals is almost limitless, I understand that it is unavoidable that situations will arise where material not explicitly prohibited by the rules will nonetheless be found by a majority of the moderators (and quite possibly the majority of the membership) to be either abuse or so distasteful as to warrant removal. When a decision is made to remove such material, hopefully the rules will be updated to reflect this decision. Such cases should be rare exceptions; hopefully material won't be regularly removed and subjected to review simply because a member finds it to be distasteful without being able to identify any specific site rules which the material violates. It is a basic principle of due process that citizens, or in the present case, members, have a reasonable expectation to know in advance what the laws are by which they will be governed, or in the present case, what the rules are regarding which material is prohibited and to not be punished for posting material that does not contravene the posted site rules. The Supreme Court of Canada, in the case of R. v. Canadian Pacific Ltd. (1995), states: ‘The principles of fundamental justice require that laws provide the basis for coherent judicial interpretation and sufficiently delineate an area of risk and that ‘a law is unconstitutionally vague is it is if it is so lacking in precision it does not give sufficient guidance for legal debate.’ A similar principle, known as the ‘void for vagueness doctrine,’ exists in American law.

I am fully cognizant that this forum is not a democracy but is rather what might more properly be termed a dictatorship of the willing. I use the term 'dictatorship' not in a pejorative sense but as a neutral description of the power structure that exists here, as in all similar forums, in which the moderators have unrestricted authority, as a collective, to govern the site and the users as they see fit. Nevertheless, for the good of the present forum community and to best facilitate its growth and development, I strongly urge that any decisions regarding the removal of material posted by members be governed to the fullest extent possible in accordance with the written site rules, with those rules being amended as necessary, rather than by any nebulous attempt to "showcase" either this forum or the zoophile community at large "in a positive light" to a general public who will, for the most part, never accept who we are and what we do as either normal or acceptable.

-WW.

We have handled alot of grey area cases and they indeed are handled by multiple moderators.

If a user cannot accept the decision of a panel of fellow zoophiles who also have sex with male dogs and would understand the subject matter personally, then your welcome to go visit another site to post that content.

ZooVille usually will error on the side of caution toward abusive content and "grey" area content doesnt get a user banned or warned upon. The content is removed and thats it. No punishments are handed out.

This is a zoophile forum with some porn sprinkled on it. Its primary purpose is conversation and discussion. We will give the benefit of the doubt to the animals in grey area cases.

I'm happy to see you're working on this. I applaud you for it. I know it increases workload upon mods, admin, etc., and LOTS of us want you to know how much we appreciate it. Thank-you.

Really happy to see these guidelines being integrated. Sorta reminds me of CS:GO's overwatch feature. Beastforum's downfall was their lack of coordination throughout the staff team, (not to mention a few of them were just egotistical dicks); and they just failed overall in organization. These two qualities that Beastforum had constantly lacked in - ZooVille has shown outstanding consistencies in. The Staff team is clearly on top of their game here and know what they're doing, main reason I bothered to stick around.

As for the "grey areas", if the staff team doesn't feel like it should belong - in the end it's up to them. I'm glad to see that the benefit of the doubt would be given in these certain cases, but I assume anything blatantly abusive or misleading would still result in a ban alongside the removal of the thread. Let me know if I'm wrong.

I think that Beastforum just got way too big. I mean look at the numbers that they had. There was no way they could ever read through every single post or comment. Imagine being the guy who had to read through all of the reported fan fiction. No offense, but some of you think that you are really great writers, and you're not. Then there is the content that gets posted that is copyrighted images. Keep in mind that this place runs on a volunteer basis. There is simply not enough of us engaging the online community in order to keep the show running. Most people are too afraid to come on here in fear of getting outted.

That is the one thing that the LGBT had that we never did. They were founded by gay authors and gay lawyers. They had money coming in. We have none of those. Even back then, people accepted the fact that two people could verbally consent. We live in a world where people are completely ignorant of the fact that animals consent through behavior patterns.

Regardless of the facts. it's only a matter of time before the needs of our group far exceed the capabilities of those brave enough to volunteer. Thank you, ZTHorse for everything that you do for us.

I'll second that....ZT and the other staffies do a good job trying to herd cats. Thanks.

As far as the comments about B/F are concerned, its funny.....the same circumstances, and difficulties exist here, the same remedies are used, but people STILL cant resist digging at B/F staff, who were trying to do the same difficult job with limited resources. Possibly even more limited there than here, because little of the money that site DID make was put back into better security, or more staff workers. The mods here are getting a lot of cooperation right now....it will be interesting to see what happens in a year or two, as the site grows. Today's Heroes are very often tomorrow's Goats.

I have no clue what you're on about.
If other people "dig" at the Beastforum staff, then clearly I'm not the only one with a similar opinion. My statements come from experience and factual evidence from those experiences. I had no issues with most of the staff in general. Unfortunately, in a large batch can come a few bad eggs. The bad eggs are who I was referring to. I'm sure they had staff just as great as the staff I found to be dicks. It all goes hand in hand with the way things are handled, as well as whether or not the solutions are justified. Toward the end, (due to poor management) - beastforum would ban you if you coughed in the wrong direction.
If they had "limited resources" (whatever that means), maybe they should've been more focused on making up for lost resources.
It all goes back to leadership, and they just didn't have it. And it showed, day after day. It was really no surprise when they shut down.

So bdsm rape text stories where the lucky ones are the dogs, and or alcohol?

Probably a no on the canine rape. BDSM would be borderline I'd imagine.
I would want to see cute puppy dog eyes waiting in romantic seduction, rather then hearing sad doggo yelps.
I don't know bro honestly that's new to me.

Im on about a simple issue. No one ever got bounced out of the B/F forum for .
no reason.

????
I Praise and Applaud this Fervently ?

I agree that there is sometimes a fine line as to what constitutes "abuse" and I also agree that what someone may consider abuse may not be to someone elses idealization.
If I may, I would like to throw some input out on here and perhaps it will be adopted as part of this rule as well as being thought provoking to those who may not see some acts or situations as abusive.

There was a time in my life where my "sexuality and preferences" came into question. Although many consider the entire thought of being Bestial or Zoo and the further idea that there are those who have and even prefer romantttic and deep sexual relations with other species, here is the one question that came up and subsequently "got me off" ( no pun intended, lol ).

Q: Was my partner in the act being harmed, malnourished or mistreated in any way, including being restrained in such a way that she couldn't get away had she desired?

The short and simple -- NO, she was not in harm's way nor mistreated in any way by any means.

Therefore, due to my understanding of True Real Love and due to the fact that Many species can reciprocate that same type of love and still, many species can initiate, encourage, and consent to intimacy... a loving heart and Common Sense were the best defense from the beginning.

Love, Passion, and Intimacy require a level of emotion and feeling that goes deeper than just simple touch or immediate gratification. Sure, in the human world, there are "kinks" such as sadism, masochism, object fetish, and so on, but... Kins are just what they are and do require a form of consent that - in general - four footed beings simply do not know and therefore do not incorporate into their lives.
So, here is my list of "Please Don't s" in order to not only show your mate you love them, but it also shows - without a doubt - that love and sexual relationships Can and Do exist between humans and other species and don't require "training", "aids (peanut butter, grain, etc.)", and can be of mutual consent.

I personally (and in the legal eye as well) consider most if bot all the following, forms of abuse ... (weird thing though, the legal field attempts to call the sexual act abuse, lol - but if you can prove there was No Harm Done, you can further prove Our sex is the same sex in All Mammals).

1. Tying, Hobbling, etc. - For Heavens Sake and for your mate - Restraing them in a way that they cannot move away from your advances is akin to "rape". Although a leash or rein is ok just for public safety and to be led around... Please, don't tie them in a way that they cant "say no".

2. Enticement - food or treats should only be used because you love them and want them to have a gift they like. Treats can also be used as rewards, but ... using treats or enticing things to "Make them stand, lick, etc.", can be considered an abuse - except in way of purely oral sex - providing you can prove oral sex would be performed in lieu of a treat.

3. Withholding food or water for Any reason.

4. Using an object such as a dildo or "stretching" aid or using objects that can bring pain or harm... No, No, No.

5. Inflicting Pain, drawing blood, displays of anger, rage, or yelling to intimidate or otherwise frighten into submission - Big No No

6. Drugging - Have you ever heard of Date Rape? Then Don't Do It.

So... I am guessing there could be many more things that "could be" considered abuse but.... As I was told by both a psychologist and lawyer... As long as she (my partner) was of legal age, of size and weight to be able to comfortably withstand sexual acts, and was not tied up or restrained. As long as she was displaying consent by accepting the act and - upon my advances - did not bite at me, kick at me, or otherwise try to get away. And as long as she was in good care and health and I could present a veterinary clean bill of health (which also had to show testing for STDs and Zoonotic STD tests), and as long as my partner was "legally of sexually mature age" ... ......
Well, they had no choice but to dismiss everything.

Therefore, I say.... Use decent judgement and common sense.
As with anyone you care about or love, Be kind, caring, gentle, compassionate, empathetic, undderstanding, slow to anger, calm, and touch her/him with a loving hand guided by a warm heart.
Don't abuse emotionally, mentally, or physically. Make sure they feel the same for you and Await their Consent... Allow them to show yes or no. Keep them clean, well fed, and happy. Be a good provider and monitor their health always, just as you would - well - your partner/spouse/family member....

They will appreciate you and love you forever.

Ciao, I have been banned temporarily and still don't understand why. You warm me that the content was removed immediately because it was considered "child pornography", that's okay, don't give a chance to answer directly but okay, then after having "thought further" banned temporarily. Now let's clarify one thing, I condemn pedophilia, if I have offended someone I apologize, I uploaded a porn zoo Manga, a comics which illustrated a girl talking to dogs, on the tenth image one of them was licking their pussy... does not seem so scandalous, it's a comic. 1 So let's talk about a comic. 2 The age of the girl is unknown, she may very well be 18, where you establish that she is a minor. 3 It's a comic. 4 Apart from the tenth image there is no sex. 5 It's a comic. I repeat, I apologize if I have offended someone and it was not my intention, from now on I will try to make sure that ;). Sorry for my English ciao.
You have an issue with it, bring it to a moderator directly. The way the drawing was can appear to look like a child.... I guess you don't understand that someone just doesn't feel comfortable jerking off to something that was drawn to look like a kid. Don't like it. To bad.

Edit: Oh it also said "pre-teen" I guess that also means she was 18?

The main problem you have is that you posted questionable content that you know could be reported since it is nearly breaking the rules. How about just simply posting content that is not borderline breaking the rules? :D

Forgive me but I don't understand the whole translation. I did not speak of a teenager but of a girl, how can you establish that this is a minor... that's all. Then I repeat I understand and in fact I apologize if anyone may have been offended. Ciao ;)
Err on the side off caution. If it's questionable and someone might mistake it, avoid it. The rules also specifically discuss "teen" as it's generally used as a substitute for "young" in the manner of "as young as can get skirting the boarders of legality and may look below age".

I'm going to stop you right here @Lostassholeslut. Here is a snippet of the comic that warranted your ban.

"Pre-teen" means a child under the age of 13. We take a ZERO tolerance stance against this crap. If I were the one that handled this case, your punishment would have been more severe. We absolutely cannot have users uploading this type of pornographic crap on this forum.

I love this kind of uncompromising evidence. :D Honestly I do not understand why someone like that even attempts to fight back. :D

I would have and always make it 100% permanent when it comes to underaged shit. There is no doubt she looks underaged and I don't fucking care if you scream she is 18. If it looks underaged you will get banned. In this case, not only did it look underaged it said it was underaged.

You clearly posted that and are therefore a pedo. There is no grey area, it is meant to look like a fucking child and it stated it was a child. There is no translation needed for pedo shit, so don't hide behind that.

You should have let it go and thanked your lucky stars it wasn't someone else that handled that report. Do not reply further to this thread. Do not mention anything about this, do not apologize, do not send any of us an apology.
ioll give you example and then I'll conclude (let's talk about comics), in this series "Alex" is represented as a little girl but in the girls presentation she is 18 years old.... if this were not mentioned no one could establish if Alex is 18 years old or 16. Anyway it was an example, I'm sorry all here, this site is wonderful and I would be sorry not to be a part of it. Ciao ;)
I'm also deleting that pic you just posted. I don't care that you say it is 18 when it clearly looks like and is meant to depict a child.
