I saw this and thought it’s pretty cool, they put a hole in the top to drop treats in instead of having taken them out and given by hand. It’s now just a show piece, and hasn’t been used as far as I know,
Shows how far dog kennels have really come, for the better? Or worse?

I didn’t account for the hole at the top front the metal plate on the top is for treats

I’ll be honest, it sort of looks like a doggo torture chamber to me, but the mention of the glory hole earlier did make me lol. It’s certainly an interesting piece of history, but I can be pretty certain I wouldn’t put my girl in that thing.

Thankfully it will not be used and Is now a show piece. It was pretty small on the inside.
