If we report people if they post bad things. Do the people who report bad things get rewarded like if they have points of there own. Can they lose the points? Or points stay on forever?

No… points are usually permanent from my understanding, depending on the infraction there are sometimes points with timers (6 months.. etc) but it’s completely up to the admins to choose

What you wrote sounded like by reporting other people you're hoping to get a free ticket for doing more bad stuff and get your own points erased!? Like "hey prison guard, i saw something illegal in the other cell, I'll tell you everything if I'll get an extra pillow, okay!?"
It should be reward enough if the bad stuff gets removed from here..

its called leniency due to history to now. intent should matter if its intentionally malicious and also theres provoked responses too to consider thats outta character if someone has been here for so long.
 
I’m sorry. Im genuinely shocked to think that constituted rape but I guess im also not familiar enough with zoo porn beyond dogs to adequately assess that. It def won’t happen again

It does, because your links included a juvenile animal being used as arguably a sex toy. If anything using that animal in that way is mishandling.
And you did not read the rules about reptiles. So sexual content involving reptiles is against the rules.
The second link you posted was someone stuffing a tongue into a reptile's cloaca.
