Recommendations on an inflatable knot?

Hi, I am looking for a new toy that will allow me to replicate the sensation of the knot swelling. Not just a simple inflatable dildo, but one that inflates only to the height of the knot, possibly dog-like in appearance. Do you have anything to recommend?

There is one seller on AliExpress and have these (included inflatable) animal dildos, I have some and they’re very good in quality. Totally love the horse and dog ones. Shops name is FAAK

it is pretty flexible but i have not had any problems getting it in. it gets a bit sturdier if you pump some air in to it
