What's odd for me is that the forum runs fine on PC, but when I hop on my phone only then is it getting the weird hiccups and glitches.

It's very dependent of the specific route / tunnel and servers in-between..
There are definitely influences in the network stability and consistence of reaching it, but it varies strongly over 24h.
On some times over day in Europe there are almost no added latency issues. On evening until middle of day (in my time zone) it seems to be more frequently.

Yeah it seems so. But aside from a rare glitch here and there I have had almost no problems. Only had a couple of latency type issues speedrunning the DWTM's record a few days ago. That always happens going that fast for that long though lol.

That there are some artists, which don't want to get connected to their ZV account, is true.
Related to the amount of drawings which are posted that's just a very very small amount compared to people posting those.
And if people draw or design different things with their artist accounts, then they surely don't want those linked to specific ZV accounts.
