Zoosexual Manifesto

Otter4Bear

Tourist
Hey guys! I couldn't sleep and decided to put together my own pattern of behavior as it pertains to our furry fluffy fuzzy friends. Let me know your thoughts and if there's more worthy ideas to add to what my oxygen deprived brain managed to scrape up from a night of idleness. Also slighty biased for dogs with terminology sorry equine and others.

1. No rape. If an animal does not give full consent via body language, then further sexual actions must cease immediately. If the animal does not show any interest consistantly then it is safe to assume such a relationship is unlikely to be fostered and should remain friendship until such a time they show interest unprompted.
2. Zoosadism is strictly a bad time. No loving owner of an animal would willingly subject their adoring doggo or otherwise to harm for their own pleasure. They don't have safe words and will assume they are being punished. Repeated trauma will develop depression and decreased appetite severely impacting their ability to function i.e. live a healthy life. But mostly duck people who hurt animals in general for fun really whethrr it's for sexual reason or not.
3. Animals are not to be used. They are not objects or sex toys to be used and ignored. Just like humans, animals have emotional intelligence, but lack the same tools of communication to verbally express themselves as complexly as we can. Our fundamental relationship should not be exclusively for sex as the name states we are zoophiles or those that love our animals. Sex is an extension of our relationship and should not be placed as the end goal but rather a stop on the journey.
4. High standard of care. Just as those who have relationships with humans, animals must be taken care of. If your animals get sick or aren't eating/drinking take them to a vet for please. Do not feed them too little unless they are exceptionally chonk or restrict their ability to use the bathroom/drink water. Also lots of walkies we need those tails bushy and wagging.
5. Discretion. In the majority of the world legislation ensures that zoosexuality as a practice remains extremely illegal. A felony is not worth a roll in the hay, hopefully the relationship is not the sum of this individual part but a larger whole. If you must make love to your fluffy companions as most you have make sure that they are under your legal ownership. You are under no conditions that could lead to discovery. All those involved are trusted and consenting individuals. Finally I know owning porn of yourself is hot but dont make it man. If for some reason your movie is linked to your person in a criminal case you are capital s corkScrewed.

(y) for thinking about this and writing it down.

My first impression was that there are lots of don'ts in the text. I may agree with many points, but I can't identify with this, because it lacks positivity. Some rewording may help already. Have a look at the ZETA principles for example—although they also imply restrictions, they manage to do so with positive language, i.e. they say what one shall do:
  1. Bestow upon animals the same kindness one would wish bestowed upon oneself.
  2. Consider the well being of an animal companion as important as ones own.
  3. Place the animal’s will and wellbeing ahead of one’s desires for sexual gratification.
  4. Teach those who seek knowledge about zoophilia and bestiality without promoting it.
  5. Discourage the practice of bestiality in the presence of fetish seekers.
  6. Censure sexual exploitation of animals for the purpose of financial gain.
  7. Censure those who practice and promote animal sexual abuse.

You basically posted a spark notes of my thoughts minus the depression. I haven't had a chance to read Zeta's guidelines and I'm pleasently surprised at how succinctly it summarizes the important bits. Sorry for the underlying pessimism I lost my dog recently and seeing arguments over morality in some threads made me want to consolidate my residual feelings on the subject. It's in no way good writing more of a word dump on too little sleep. Also in a state where it's a felony so a tinge bitter overall no salt intended friend thanks for the resources!

Oh, I am sorry for you loss.
I do not really know what to say there. I just know how heart-wrenching it already was when my dog was very ill and I did not know whether he would make it. Unfortunately we are destined to lose our animal partners instead of growing old together due to their shorter life span, even if they evade illnesses, accidents and are not taken away from us for other reasons. Hopefully you can be happy again in the future, while your dog will surely always have a place in your heart.

Just to be clear—although I don't think you misunderstood—I don't mean to discourage you in your writing.

I miss her every day, most days are fine with the expecption of unconscious thought to go pet her in down moments brings back the grief for a time. The hardest part is moving on because my sense of normal is shattered and I'm still coming to terms with the new reality. That destined to lose our partners thing reminded me of a post relating humans to elves in a dogs eyes which helped me grasp some persepective and the tears when I read it are helping. Thank you for the kind words.dSqDoR9.jpg
