Zoo's who are in LTR's, hows life?

Hey all, for a while I've romanticized the thought of having a LTR with someone who's a zoo and I've become somewhat curious. For those who've found and entered LTR's with other zoos, how did you feel after you entered that relationship? Were you more fulfilled? What changed about your dating world once you became a zoo? And also what's changed for you since you've been in that relationship? Really feel free to talk anything around it.

I'm always curious to see if people are having more fulfilling lives after finding someone to share that love with versus trying to date normally.

it's pretty awful. one long term relationship ended with his death. other is ending pretty soon with her death. both happen to be dogs so probably not what you're asking.

how does one "become a zoo"? pills or something? how do i undo it?

I'm very sorry to hear that.
In my own belief it's why I think I would prefer the relationship in those 3 parts. Animal companions don't tend to live as long as all of us would like them to which is why I couldn't handle the heartbreak of losing one without someone who also understands that same love. It's not exactly like you could tell family that animal mattered to you more than they would like to know. I had a lot of family die growing up so I very quickly realized entering my 20's that I still really desire that human connection too.

For your question, I can't exactly answer for all of us. For a lot of zoos it seems like it just happens one way or another. Some sort trigger where they see something while they're sexually maturing. Maybe they have a partner who approaches them and ended up accepting it and enjoying it. I mean for me personally I had seen the jackass 2 scene when I was a kid. When I entered puberty my young mind made that connection quickly and having unbridled internet access gave me more freedom than I should've had. I've just sort of lived with the thought on and off for years but now the last 2 years have been kinda undeniable for me. I'm sure undoing it is a mental game of self help and even seeking psychological help as if it's been apart of you long enough it can be hard to shake.
