No tengo claro cual es el grupo, pero en general lo tiene que aprobar un usuario en concreto. Es básicamente como enviarle un mensaje. Hasta que no se loga no lo ve y lo aprueba.
Hay muchos grupos muertos porque el dueño se fue y no ha vuelto...
