I like knowing a persons star sign and finding out if they fit the stereotype. I'm a Scorpio sun and rising so I'm supposed to be into taboo and dark things.

Is anyone else into the zodiac signs?

If not that's cool. Do you think it's all fake?
 
of course it's all fake, how could planetary positions possibly affect you? i especially hate ppl who use their "star sign" as an excuse for shitty behavior. "sorry i was three hours late, but that's normal for me because i'm a watering can!"

one good thing about "star sign" ppl is that it's pretty mild bullshit compared to say religion. radical "star sign" ppl would be hilarious tho.
 
Lol I knew something like this would be said. Its definitely loads better than religion but letting people have reasons for their behavior is healthy.
 
Iv never put much stock in zodiac stuff. Sometimes it's fun to read but I don't think it's much more than entertainment.
Iv gone to fortune tellers an such at the ren fair just for fun and they use zodiac signs, tarot cards an such to make generalized remarks and predictions about the Info you give them which can be fun if I'm in the mood but realistically it's all hog wash.

"i'm a shitty person because i'm a ladle" is not a reason. it's a crappy excuse. using planets as excuse it anything but healthy. it's as silly as using your outtie belly button as an excuse.

Yeah and i am trying to figure out the culture of the forum. If the response from most people is to be negative then what's the point.

It doesn't foster openness, communication or community. It just makes you look bad.
 
Here I don't read much into whatever zodiac sign I have, perhaps because I was born at precisely when one zodiac sign ends and the other one starts. What I do like though is that according to Chinese astrology, I was born in the year of the horse.
