I don't think it's a good idea. Cum has a wide variety of pH levels, depending on animal n such, witch probably will damage death and irritate your mouth if you keep it in for to long.

I have alot of experience with bullcum, it's quite alkaline and will irritate your throat if you swallow multible loads in a row, and don't drink some water afterwards.

Brushing my teeth doesn't, but I love to use it as a sauce on food
 
It does sound hot as an idea but in execution feels like it might be a bit…lackluster. Sometimes keeping it at fantasy is more arousing then the real thing
