That alone has been a challenge for years.
Hehe, one of the additional "ways" you wanted to read about. Even just basic requirements are often hard to find fulfilled (guaranteed, qualitative and regularly at least). Other "way more aspects" are trustworthiness, betrayal, theft, denunciation, sexual misuse of either you or your animals, financial fuck-ups (which fake your signature to order stuff, as example.. yes, that's a thing!) and around two hundred further aspects.
Sure those are also existent in-between non-zoos living together. But the fuck-up scale that was shown over the years through those living together was quite.. top notch. Like really, I sometime wondered they did survive up to the actual time in life.
It gets more complicated if the people you meet with are without own animals, which is quite often the case.
Own cooperation partnership business partners and flat sharing oriented, not zoophiles, neither anything between us resulted in experiences: Roughly 2/3 of those I've stayed in the same places with over the last 14 years did not even care about their own stuff in a matter which would allow a clean, hygienic usage, a working reliable and well stored condition. Neither caring for sustaining a mess-free condition. And I talk about quite well high-paid business owners.
Even without any zoo- or relationship aspect included, it's a wholesomely less stressing and angering life without other humans around. Because you can trust and expect things from you safely.
Still not saying you shouldn't try it, but please bear with me having a slight evil grin on my lips, haha.
