Wont mount inside the house but outside he is fucking like crazy but why?

My intact male 2 won't mount my woman inside the house but once you go outside he is like ok GAME ON! Idk why he is like this tho... He will wine and bark in the house but not outside in the dark...

To be honest we have had him for about a month and a half he settled in but the old owners taught him not to jump on anybody jumps around like crazy outside in the house it seems like he's scared to jump but nothing about mounting maybe he Associates that with mounting I don't know because sometimes we will say go ahead and he has gone to the back door and whined...

He is technically almost 2 so I don't know I'm pretty sure training can't be redone in the part of not jumping on people in the house which is a good thing but a bad thing LOL outside is so sketchy but he really wants to get it in my woman haha
