My only scary knotting was when I was pregnant. I had just entered my third trimester and I was knotted so deep and hard it hurt me which never happened before. I decided at that moment to refrain from any further knotting till after I delivered. Get me some x-ray or MRI equipment and I could try and find out, but it's really hard to tell exactly what is going on inside, the same way I can feel my hands. Given the orientation of the average cervix, I'm not betting on it. But I don't know. My Gyn hasn't pointed out anything of concern at least, so I haven't given it much thought.

Given that it's all soft tissue the best way would probably be one of those dildo cameras or a 3d ultrasound.

Not sure my horse would let me install one. Toys are usually a lot more uniformly rigid. Actual penises aren't a single silicone slab, so the way the two can deform inside you is different. I can tell that I experience a bit of sudden diastasis recti or at least something that looks like it, but it's never been permanently and its never caused me any pain, though some discomfort initially for sure. One definitely has to be cautious, hence I do semi regular Gyn appointments. Annual or bi-annual doesn't really cut it.

Of course, all parties should be into the act, no argument there.
