Will he ever?

I know that a male dog is primal and his instincts are to breed. In a dog/human relationship when the bond is developed between both of them, will he move to a more emotional relationship with his human? I'm asking if he'll start to develop where mentally he will make love to his human over time instead of just fucking them. I know that other bond's can be determined once the dog knows that trust exists between him and his human. I'm sure the first time or maybe several times, he will see his human as something for sexual pleasure. Does anyone have any experience where you felt the dog was actually making love to you in your relationship?

as much as i love to romanticize canines, i don't think they're capable of "making love". at least boys... with girls it's easy since you're the one making slow passionate love to them.


with that said, it's not like he's incapable of viewing you as his mate. he totally will do that. just not on "this is my only romantic partner forever" level, canines don't really do monogamy if allowed.
