Why is there such little “content” for popular dogs.

I always see golden retrievers, pit bulls, labs etc. but I never see any poodles or any other relatively popular dog breeds. Poodles are the 5th most popular dog in the us. You would think that you would see a lot more content related to them, but you do not. All of those small dogs like Maltese, French bulldog (also one of the top 5 dogs) not anywhere to be found? Anyone have any insight? I guess it might be to very little new content being made due to the legality. But I still wish there was more with those breeds I mentioned.

I’ve wanted to ask this too for a while now, just haven’t gotten around to it. It seems like no matter where you look, when it comes to (pretty much the only thing I look at) M/M content, German Shepherds are posted 2-3 times more than any other breed. And the only other prominent breeds are Labs and pit mixes. Like where are all the Huskies, Aussies, GSPs, Dobies, Shelties, Pembroke Corgis, Berners, Brittanys, Dachshunds, and Rotties? And those are only the more popular breeds that I’d love to see, there’s dozens of others that I’d love to see too like Samoyeds, Dalmatians, Border Collies, and Shibas. Honestly though, I’d love to see anything other than those main 3. Don’t get me wrong I appreciate all of it, it would just be nice to see more breed diversity. And I get that some dogs are easily recognizable and safety should come first, but the majority aren’t. I’ve seen pit mixes that are far easier to recognize than the majority of the breeds I’ve listed.

Why is this so, I have no idea, I also used to wonder what could be the reason for this.? Certain breeds are definitely shown more here or on some websites than others. For example, I have never seen any video with a poodle or dachshund in any context such as sex, licking, etc.

It depends more on the content. Huskies seem to be overly popular with men on female dogs. Rotties tend to be more popular with women. I have never seen a video with small to toy breeds, though. It does make sense considering you cannot penetrate them nor can they do much on their end and I feel most people do not want just oral, minus some women.

Even though many of the most popular dog breeds overall in America exist, it seems the vast majority of zoos stick to a small handful. It's a stereotype everyone loves GDS and huskies, and it's a true one for most.

I wish it was switched. It doesn’t really make sense to me why they’re not. Huskies are smaller which makes them easier to take, and GSDs are bigger which makes it easier for them to take. I guess huskies are a little more feminine and shepherds are a little more masculine, Idk. Maybe it’s just me but if I had to choose a male and a female between them I’d 100% of the time choose a male husky and a female shepherd.

It is very interesting your reflection, I have never known exactly why some breeds are sexier than others or where one sees masculinity or femininity between them.

For example, I find like many others here a husky better for female, as well as a samoyed or even a golden. Then there are breeds like Danes or some mastiffs and molossers, which I find suitable for both male and female. With the Doberman something strange happens to me, as I am attracted to the males but I find them too slender and elegant. Then there are breeds that without a doubt seem to me to be exclusively masculine, such as Rottweilers, Boxers or what I believe to be the epitome of masculinity, the German Shepherd.

Not to generalize too much but I think porn is predominantly made by men for men. I guess if that’s true then its men who have penis envy.

Small breeds are not sexually interesting to most zoo users. I would say the big dogs are the ones that people find really sexy, they really offer the sexual vibe that attracts zoophiles, not to mention their bodies, vaginas, cocks and balls. I think the most popular ones are the medium-large sized ones in commercial videos because they are also easier to acquire, also to shoot and to control. Although in the old videos the Danes were the most popular, today the most common ones are golden, German shepherds, some rottie and some mastiffs.

This is a very interesting question. Note that you mention it, I feel like I almost also see the same 3ish dog breeds. One of my really good friends on here has a husky he plays with but I don’t think he’s ever posted anything on here or on the internet. Personally I love watching them play. Husky’s are gorgeous dogs. Maybe there’s some correlation between what breed of dog a person typically seeks and the personality trait that leads to someone being comfortable enough to share their sexual activities with strangers.

I don't think they are really "popular breeds" but I had some cane corso content on here. I ended up deleting it for now due to personal reasons. Maybe I'll pit it back up soon.

I imagine exhibitionism does select for certain breeds as it does for automobiles, trophy wives, team allegiance and colors we wear. Great observation.

I feel like people typically put a lot of thought into what breed of dog they get. So it’s a conscious and subconscious decision. Maybe there’s just a tiny link between someone who chooses those specific dogs and exhibitionism. Like someone who chooses a red car and their level of risk taking. It would be really cool though just to see a full study done on it and find any correlations.

I wonder if zoo lovers suffer from mid life crisis like human lovers and go out and get themselves a younger hotter dog in their 50s.
