Who has read Bear by Marian Engel?

It shows up on Reddit or Imger sometimes with people joking about it because it's about a woman getting frisky with a bear. It's actually a great read. I first seen it at a friend of a friend's house. Here was a mainstream looking novel that had bestiality in it, so I was a douchbag and stole it.

Its a mainstream book by a mainstream Award-winning author. It will be quite hard to find, especially with the Cover you display here. It isn't quite what the average beasty would hope. But it is a great read. I got mine from a Muscular Dystrophy donation sales box 40 years ago. Only 10 or 12 pages of sex of any type, but quite a lot of bestiality lore and cultural custom. Very much readable and worth the time.

My copy had that cover and it was the was one of the rare versions I think.
