Which do you allow more of?

Just wondering if you all allow your pups to lick you more often or do you take the knot more? I know being licked can be a very easy thing to get in and out of, but do you allow the pup to do that more or less than taking their knot?

Same with me. He knows that if he licks me it gets me in the mood/ready to be knotted. Nuzzling at me a lot too even before licking always starts to arouse me.
