In my opinion it remains the pitbull. Change my mind. It’s something about the eagerness/rapid pace almost aggression like they have when they do this.

i like how my current boy does things. he has a really large tongue (with him being a 72kg big boy breed it's kinda given), plenty rough and goes real slow.
i don't think this ties with breed in any way and none is "best". case in point being the very first reply you got, claiming their pit is slow and passionate. it's as individual as any other quirk. my mother used to have two yorkies and when they licked me (non-sexually), one was quite pleasant and the other like a sand paper.

In my limited experience, the best tongues I’ve ever felt and/or kissed was from a Rottweiler or Labs. Made out and been licked by a chocolate lab and have made out with a yellow lab and Rottweiler. All 3 had very big tongues, good amount of wetness, great passion, and great taste
