Where do we have to make 10 forum posts to be allowed to dm

I’ve been struggling to dm people and I’m wondering whether or not I can make 10 posts in the general discussion thread and that’ll allow me to post or whether or not I have to post in another thread, can anyone help?
 
Hi, you have to post in different threads to posts 10 or more replies in the threads to activate your DMs, it was mentioned when you joined, but it doesn't count in Fun and Games thread.

You need to make 10 posts. Any section except for Fun and Games counts towards the number of posts.
By post it's meant comments, replies. You don't need to start new threads. Also don't spam to increase the post count.
