Some will have no interest outside of heat. Some will, rarely, have no interest in heat, but will outside of heat. It is all dependent on the bitch.
In heat is when most are going to be interested in sex, some like it out of season but they are not as common, right after heat it's best to avoid sex for a few weeks as there is some concern about pyromenta resulting from post heat intercourse.
