What’s with that horse video people on the internet have been talking about?

it came to my attention when I was doing a livestream, briefly mentioned horses, and the chat went absolutely wild talking about “the horse video” making the zoo side of me was thing well- yea… lol…

So does anyone know what it’s about?
 
It is about a video that went viral some week ago.
A guy that is mounted by a mini stallion "have raised concerns regarding animal cruelty".
Bunch of news agencies are saying "if you have the identity of the man, contact the authorities".

Just leave it be, else this place will go the "Who is it!?!?" road and we risk the guy being outed.

Good idea, I genuinely hope all works out fine for the guy, seems like an overall really shitty situation for him.
 
It seems like he was framed, the guy who they say it is has a full sleave tat and the guy getting screwed by the horse certainly doesnt, also the video apparently originated in Germany 2 years ago ?
