Of some old dude pretending to be a hot chick and baiting YOU , ME ANYONE into saying hello, just to try to get YOUR pics and vids... or maybe some other weird reason I have yet to discover... ?

Just a thought,, a question... any odds of that going on here?
 
Extremely common. I’d say that if you get an unsolicited DM from a “Hot chick”, 9 times out of 10, that’s a man. Especially here where there’s swarms of horny dudes doing illegal shit and plenty of cops and antis getting their dicks hard just waiting to have their way with them.

And not in a kinky way.

Tip: most women don’t make the first move. Especially on a site like this where all we have to do is say “I’m a female/I have a vagina” and the DMs come flooding in on their own. Less work.
 
Its happens. People can be whoever they want online hiding behind a screen on the net. Without going on webcam or voice chat who knows, heck even voices can be faked now so.. there you go. Just have to accept it, more so in chat rooms.

I would say more the opposite than cops, mostly predators looking for younger. Ive been involved with computers since the net started pretty much (yeh im an old git).. Visited quite a few irc and web based chat platforms. I have a few stories of predators on those places and ive got to know the IWF (Internet Watch Foundation) quite well. I am very open mind as a rule, i wouldnt be here if not, but abuse i personally will not tollerate in any way.

There are whole threads about fakers here, the best thing you can do is make your own opinion and stick with the "innocent until proven guilty" mantra. If you are looking to meet others from here (or anywhere on the net), make your own best judgement. If something doesnt feel right say so.

If you are wandering around the forum browsing, posting and such just enjoy it for what it is.. its our communty just to let off some steam and enjoy.
 
Baiting me? 0%. Aside from the fact I'm predominantly gay and demisexual, so I don't think with my dick to get distracted "oh my god a hot chick wants to talk to me and see what I'm packing!", I'm paranoid levels of cautious when it comes to online interactions.
 
I've had a couple try, and I was anything but pleasant in telling them what they could go do with themselves. It's not a concern anymore as nobody can send me private messages.
 
Wait you're telling me that people ask for pictures and they're not who they seem huh everybody seems so trustworthy on this side.

I wonder what they would behave like. They probably wouldn't like talking with us or reading what we wrote, which suggest little motivation to do an in depth research about the community. There will be exceptions as always but I expect them to go for the low hanging fruits and focus on doxing unless they do an investigation to get a specific person.

I agree they’d likely go for the lower-hanging fruit so as not to draw attention to themselves, but I think they would also try interacting with us. Think about it, that’s how they gain your trust and learn your personality and thought patterns. It makes the most sense to do in-depth research on your targets. If they just try and attack without doing research, they could accidentally try and aim for a target that’s way too advanced for them.

It's a given they would interact with us, asking directly is the easiest method too. I was saying they would not research the community as a whole.
