i'd be surprised if dogs didn't win by a mile... the only animal so thoroughly domesticated it became it's own species (we literally made them). way cheaper to get and care for than a horse while sadly being the only choice for "i just wanna do taboo or whatever stuff" ppl who might also cast a vote.
genuine equine zoos are pretty rare.

Definetly dogs because they are optimal size & easier to have access too if you want to try your first animal sex.
Horses are big & sometimes dangerous and due to being farm animals its not as likely to get easy access.
 
Dogs are def more popular and easier to get than horses. But if one has access to horse pussy, they'll probably be trying to impregnate it whenever they get the chance.... Like me
 
I think dog lovers are more common just for the simple fact that they're easier to own and come into contact with. I suspect many people here growing up had the opportunity to experiment on the family dog.
