What's the best way to find a non neutered dog?

Hey guys. I'm living alone in a new city and I'd like to get a dog, male or female, that's not neutered. How should I do it?

Best bet is to get a puppy another route is hard to find a dog that’s not neutered or that doesn’t have to be once u get him

Well assuming you live in Texas adoption is off the table. Isn’t Texas one of the most stray heavy states though? Just try to rescue a stray off the streets. Your only other options is owner owned, so a breeder or a rehome. I got my boy on Craigslist.
