What is wrong with zoo.cab/FORBIDDEN_WEBSITE!rocks?

I tried logging onto FORBIDDEN_WEBSITE!rocks and I get a notification about NGINX anyone else having this problem, and they tell me I have to sign up for nginx to even access this site.
My phone just went through and update and now this, I wont be posting videos unless on here until its sorted out.

This sounds like someone is salty that because their child porn private messages got reported and was banned.
