What are tell tell sign someone likes zoophilia?

Not unless you have the ability to read minds i'd say it's impossible.

With that said there are clues that could give it away body language, tone of voice when they talk about their pet/animal, unnatural or too much curiosity in the animal (asking too many/odd questions or just constantly being around the animal), the "wondering" eye, etc. It's a similar way to see if one human has a crush on another human. Keep in mind that more experienced zoos may be harder to discover seeing as they may have experience hiding their "tells". To the more experienced zoo it's just another day

I've often discovered that steering the conversation into taboo subjects, relationship kinks, kinky sex, etc may often allow you to bring up the issue of zoophilia if you wanted a more direct route. You could say that you saw an article online, watched a debate, etc (have an article/debate video for reference in case your friend/date asks) If you do this typically I enjoy playing "devil's advocate" so that allows you to assume the role of a zoo without any drawbacks. However I'd use the direct route only to those you're close with. Like with the message above watch for their body language, tone of voice, etc to see if they're excited or disgusted.

If you are with a girl and she compliments your dog's genitals then that is also a good sign. Walking at the park is the best place to go if you have a well-trained dog. I have actually seen girls jog by and laugh and say that they would let the dog fuck them. I think that there are a lot of women who would do it but they do not usually think about it. They see a dog with eight inches and they know deep down that if they had the dog at home then they would do it. A passing fantasy that they never explore. The women get home and then they get online and they do not even think about checking out a forum like this. They think about iTunes, Starbucks, and the gym.
 
Whenever someone is overly kissy with their dog. Not a for sure sign, but when someone lets their dog kiss them directly on the mouth, comments on how they’re such a good kisser or how beautiful they are, or even lets their dog make out with them, it always arises my suspicions. Of course, they could also just really really love their dog too, so the world may never know

Like many others in here I don’t think there is any clear signs that shows who’s zoos or not.

But in general I think it easy to figure out, if you get into a general talk about kinks and taboos. A little trick I use is to mention I love to chat online with people who is into all kind of stuff. Even things that would never turn me on. “It gives me a broader perspective of the world we live in and I honestly love to hear people talk about something they are passionated about”.
The reaction to this can be fun and even if a few has said something like “you’re messed up” I have been able to make fun out of it so no harm was done. But most people gets curious and that can lead to some interesting talks.

Same with paw print tattoos!
People can be into the idea, such as pet play and using animalistic dildos but doesnt mean they are or would be willing to just jump right into the deep end and have sex with animals

That is a really good point because all the relationships I've started with the neighborhood dogs has always began with kissing. They usually take a hint that you're interested in them after that. My personal dog got very turned on just by kissing I had to push him away a lot because he'd kiss me till I was about raw.

Not fixing is not a very good sign I work at a vet clinic it's so common for people not to spay or neuter for some many reasons
 
Only stupid people give "tells" so obvious that other people can spot them from an external view.
... those are the people who post their face as a profile pic here. The type to get caught eventually.
