What are one of your wishes for the zoo community?

So many things, I don't know what would get me banned from this forum. But one of the many things is the fetishistic culture surrounding it. Another thing is the abuse of animal's being justified by saying oh she didn't cry she enjoyed it. Yeah sure bud. Also what is with the holier than thou attitude a ton of people have?

Why do you want it to be accepted so badly? Listen if it was accepted abuse would be 10X no 100X more common. Because then you could monetize it. Just look at Pet Lust some of the most abusive garbage out there. Because it was corporatized and was trying to turn a profit. It is larger than most people realize but many people don't talk about it and won't join forums.
 
My wish is for privacy, I feel like these days in the zoo community people believe they have a right of passage to sexualize my partner just because I have sex with him. Out of the blue, total strangers, not even on topic, just sexualizing him. No right minded person would randomly do that with a human (doesn’t mean it still doesn’t happen.) it happens alot more in the zoo community than people typically realize

This! I think that plays into the fetishistic culture, most people don't see your dog as your partner they see him as a sex toy. It's bullshit and gives real zoo's a bad name!

Exactly! We have outside interactions, we nap and sleep together non sexually, we have our meals together, we go on hikes, we do normal stuff. Sex isnt the only part of our relationship, so much more plays into it.

It bothers me so much that all people do is sexualize animals half the time! Half of them couldn't properly care for an animal even if you beat them over the head with an animal care book.

Um. Yes, I tend to agree and I admit that is quite nasty, specially to any good willed newbie that happens to enter with the wrong foot.

But I suppose it comes with the territory as those forums look as everyone is rotten garbage except oneself (and maybe one or two more). Needs to create distance and the zooier thing is a logic consequence.

At least is better than the elite "I fucked more beasts than you" "I broke a new record" contest types... ?
 
To spread awareness to how much we love/care about our animals. To show how we only act when the animal is willing. How we would never force an action or hurt any living, breathing being. To show how we use love and compassion to love one another.
