Walking into a pet store feels different now...?

Do you get turned on by the smells of a pet store EVERYTIME you go in?

Do you guys remember walking into a pet store without being turned on by all the smells?

No?

Good.

Me neither....

Pet stores smell weird because of all the differnet animals packed together and all the foods and treats they have around. I love the way my dog smells, but those mall pet stores make me want to hurl. Places like Petco smell like a normal store... so... yea... that's a no for them as well.

Typically I don’t usually get turned in by dogs in public or anything. For me I guess the best way to explain it would be it’s treated the same way as humans are, I’m not turned on by every or even most dogs/people I see but sometimes there’ll be a cute one. everyone else I just see as a person/dog and I don’t think sexually about them

Pet stores, at least here in America, have a track record of animal neglect. Fish dying from unclean tanks/no food, rodents dying from disease, puppies being bought from back yard breeders, and all kinds of other stuff. At least all the big chain pet stores around my area. So I try to never step foot in one myself. It's honestly depressing.

Maybe not so much in the pet stores, but just out in the world there's times when I could be driving and see a horse next to the road and his cock is hanging out. Or when there's a dog around and it will be sitting there and then start scratching and a good portion of his cock will slide out. Some days my dog does that and occasionally it's as thick as when he's just popped out of my gf's @Crystyle112 tight, hot and juicy pussy. It's not like other animals aren't enjoying sex or looking for sex. If I didn't know better I'd say they enjoy showing off there genital. Seeing them exposing them selves makes me want to share it more and more with my gf.

There's something in pet stores that i relate to stores where you buy cheese and cold cuts, dunno, it's odd. To me ? nah, it doesn't turn me on at all

Maybe I'm just weird then. I can find something attractive about everyone. I could love anyone. Similarly, I find most animals attractive. The scent of sweat, cum, and pheromones turns me on. It always has with people, and now it does with animals.

I like the smell of all the treats and grooming supplies the most. But I also like the smell of sweat and piss on humans so I guess it's not a far stretch to also enjoy pet stores, gyms, nature preserves, among other places...

Hmm. That's interesting. Most kinks turn me on in public. Most people. Most animals too. I live for the experience. I live for the possibility of this next lay being the best lay I've ever had. Lol. Nah, but I like to give everyone an opportunity because you never know who you might fall in love with. Sex is typically separate from love for me, but I enjoy both.

I never knew that. They're just so prominent where I'm from. I didn't grow up around animals so my exposure was limited. My experiences with petting animals in pet stores were good ones though. And all the walks down the trails in the nature preserves were also very cool. Then again, there were only small preserves and no real nature areas left within kilometers/miles of the city. You can find fault in anything. Yes, big chain store bad. Me very sorry for loving a childhood memory :/ but ya bro, down with the capitalistic pet store monopoly. When's the union meeting, prez.

I just want to hug them all. Really they all deserve a good home
They do! But you can't take on too much responsibility. It's hard not to take on so much when you have a lot of love to give... But you have to resist the urge to help sometimes. You can't save the world. You're one person. However, you can encourage others to pay it forward by showing others the beauty in life and nature.

It's mainly why I avoid pet related matters like stores/shelters. It makes me sad to see so many souls missing out on great lives. You can only choose one or two.

Pet stores that sell animals are depressing as hell, they're always sick and lethargic. Can't remember the last time I've walked past a fish tank that didn't have dead fish in it.

My state didn't, they seemed healthy to me in my area a few times I've been to them. I don't avoid them forever but I tend to avoid them

I understand that feeling. I used to volunteer a lot at shelters (Both people and animal) and after a few muggings, rapings, and maulings later I figured out that not everyone wants to be saved. Sometimes the only thing you can offer them is a little of your time and compassion. You don't have to go above and beyond for everyone. You should reserve those for the special cases, the ones that really hit home. Schizophrenic old lady trying to understand her husband's death... An agressive dog with incontinence... Typically I try to find the ones that I relate to, but it's hard when they're so lovable looking.

You know what they say looks are killer

I don't shop at pet stores anymore I buy everything from Walmart or Amazon because I can find cheaper and usually better quality products other than what ever petsmart sells.

As someone who adopted a dog with aggression issues, I'm so glad I did it but god damn I can see why they don't get adopted now
My girl was somewhat neglected and had some trust issues due to her loneliness. But I turned her around. Was the most rewarding experience in my life.

Seeing her be able to growl at her owner because of his drunk days was definitely very enlightening experiences of being zoo. The whole idea of her going against the hierarchy made me well... Happy.

Interestingly enough, my experience has been the opposite. Food, dental treats etc. all seem to be cheaper at petsmart here than anywhere online. Especially the dental stuff seems to be 1.5x the cost or more on Amazon.

Not

Not where I'm from everything can be found cheaper but that also would depend on the brads of stuff you want. Like I tend to lean more towards the more expensive side anyway when it comes to food and treats but I can find the same stuff at the local grocer for a few bucks less than spending extra money on gas going 45 minutes away to the nearest petsplace which may have the same stuff but 2 dollars more. Inflation hasn't been kind lately.

Can't say I've ever had any sort of reaction in a pet shop. A farm supply shop on the other hand... one doesn't need to be wandering around those for long before getting ideas...
