For some reason, I’m having problems opening videos. I get that grayed out “triangle” after about 10 sec…..anyone have any ideas. I’m on an iPad, 9th generation. I’ve been able to view up to today

It's probably because the video format you're trying to open isn't one of the supported formats on iPad OS
